目前主要从事生物与纳米技术交叉领域的应用研究,主持国家自然科学基金(面上)、国家自然科学基金(青年)、福建省自然科学基金(面上)、福州市校(院所)科技合作项目、福建省教育厅中青年教育科研项目及校级科研启动项目6项,承担企业横向课题1项,并参与国家自然科学基金海峡联合重点基金1项、国家重点研发计划项目1项。已在包括Anal. Chem.Chem. Comm.J. Agr. Food Chem.Food Chem.Food Hydrocolloid.ACS sensorsLangmuirFood Chem. X等在内的国际权威学术期刊发表SCI论文30篇(其中一作13篇,通讯作者6篇),获授权发明专利2
